No Refunds on Billed Live Transfers
Once a live transfer has been billed, no refunds will be provided under any circumstances. Billing occurs when the call exceeds the 3-minute buffer time as outlined in our Terms and Conditions.
Finality of Sales
All sales are final. The charges for billed calls are non-refundable due to the investment made in sourcing and delivering opted-in leads.
Credit Card Billing
Upon exceeding the buffer time, the cost of the live transfer will be automatically deducted from the client's credit card on file.
